The Western Illinois Sustainable Agricultural Society will sponsor another winter farmers market Thursday.

The market will be from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. just inside the entrance of the Kroc Center, 405 Vermont in Quincy.

Fresh vegetables, turkey, chicken, eggs, baked goods and honey will be available for sale.

"We had a market at the Kroc Center a month ago, just prior to Thanksgiving, and thought it went well, so we're hoping for another good turnout," society member Mike Roegge said. "We're trying to provide farm fresh products to help with the Christmas dinners."
