Charges filed

Karen D. Henderson, 24, no address available, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful methamphetamine conspiracy stemming from a July 22 incident.

Larry W. Steffen, 50, of 413 S. Fourth, was indicted by Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors stemming from an July 12 incident.

Linda I. Colon, 33, of 429 Timber Ridge, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful methamphetamine conspiracy stemming from a Sept. 4 incident.

Eric Z. Weber, 22, of Belleville, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance stemming from an Oct. 21, 2011 incident.

Jermaine G. Harper, 33, no address available, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful methamphetamine conspiracy stemming from a May 17 incident.

Christina A. Hays, 49, of 807 Broadway, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of possession of methamphetamine stemming from a Sept. 28 incident.

Michael A. Childress, 48, of 807 Broadway, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful possession with intent to delivery cannabis stemming from a Sept. 28 incident.

Jeffrey R. Williams Jr., 29, of 1403 Cherry, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine stemming from a May 21 incident.

Daniel W. Noe, 31, of Durham, Mo., was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine stemming from a May 21 incident.

Bryce C. Snarr, 25, of 1727 Adams, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on charges of unlawful methamphetamine conspiracy, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors stemming from Sept. 19, Aug. 12 and Aug. 21 incidents.

Felicia L. French, 24, of 523 N. Sixth, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on charges of unlawful delivery of delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful delivery of a look-a-like substance stemming from Aug. 29, 2011 and Sept. 6, 2011 incidents.

Danny L. Biesterfield, 51, of 1513 Maas Road, was indicted by an Adams County grand jury on charges of possession of methamphetamine precursors and unlawful possession methamphetamine stemming from a July 23 incident.
