Windows Off Washington in St. Louis was the setting for the Oct. 20 wedding of Miss Alison Freiburg and Jim Manahan, both of Crestwood, Mo.
The bride is a daughter of Jack Freiburg, and Richard and Daryl Shankland of Quincy. The bridegroom is a son of Jim and Karen Manahan of Spanish Lake, Mo.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents; Lamira Martin conducted the 5:30 p.m. ceremony. Music was provided by Conrad Freiburg, brother of the bride. Readers were Carter Freiburg, brother of the bride, and Carrie Bock, sister of the bridegroom.
Maid of honor was Katie Cosgrove of Chicago. Bridesmaids were Liz Schneider of Deerfield and Katie Schneider of Ann Arbor, Mich., cousins of the bride; Erin Schrage, Katie Watters and Maggie Norris, all of Quincy; and Sarah Beischel of Cincinnati.
Best man was Josh Dixon of St. Charles, Mo. Groomsmen were Corey Fleming, Justin Bremerkamp and Brian Saak, all of St. Louis, and Michael Bildner, Jimmy Byrne and Jake Friederich, all of St. Charles.
Flower girl was Isabelle Freiburg, niece of the bride, and ring bearers were Gavin Freiburg, nephew of the bride, and Eli Bock, nephew of the bridegroom.
The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner Oct. 19 at the Flamingo Bowl in St. Louis. A reception immediately followed the ceremony at Windows Off Washington.
The newlyweds are at home in Crestwood after honeymooning in Ireland.
The bride is a graduate of Quincy Notre Dame High School and Saint Louis University for undergraduate and graduate school. She is a speech-language pathologist at the Walker Scottish Rite Clinic for Childhood Language Disorders in St. Louis.
The bridegroom is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a procurement manager at Ascent Corp. in St. Louis.
