O'Fallon driver injured in Pike County, Mo., crash

PIKE COUNTY, Mo. -- An O'Fallon truck driver sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 9:37 a.m. Monday on U.S. 61 north of Route OO in Pike County.

David A. Bauer, 49, was taken by Pike County Ambulance to Pike County Memorial Hospital in Louisiana for treatment.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported Bauer was driving a 2004 Ford F250 truck north when it traveled off the right side of the highway, struck a ditch and overturned. He was wearing a seat belt, police said.
