Financial Peace University classes begin Jan. 7 at Central Baptist Church

Central Baptist Church, Seventh and Broadway, will offer Financial Peace University classes beginning Monday, Jan. 7.

The class will be taught by Dave Ramsey and the Financial Peace University teaching team on video and coordinated by the Rev. Ivan Greuter.

Classes meet at 7 p.m. for nine consecutive weeks. For the first half of the class, Ramsey teaches on DVD. During the second half, class members come together for small group discussion and hands-on activities.

Classes are designed to help participant achieve financial goals by stressing eliminating debt, saving for the future and giving like never before.

The cost is $95 per person or household. Limited financial assistance is available.

Child care is provided for a nominal fee.
