The parents of Courtney Kunkel and Matt Hollingsworth have announced the couple's engagement. She is a daughter of Charles and Beth Kunkel of Mount Sterling. He is a son of William and Lois Hollingsworth of Fairview, Texas.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Brown County High School in Mount Sterling and earned a bachelor of business administration degree in 2009 from the University of Texas at Tyler, Texas. She is an accounts receivable specialist at Dot Foods.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Allen (Texas) High School and earned a master of science degree in 2010 from the University of Texas at Tyler. He is a loss prevention detective at Home Goods.

The couple will be married in May in Quincy.
