Miss Maria Lynn Witt and Joshua Lee Richmiller were married at 4 p.m. Oct. 20 in Quincy University Chapel.
The bride is a daughter of Myron and Anita Witt of Camp Point. The bridegroom is a son of Daniel and Donna Richmiller of Quincy.
Mr. Witt gave his daughter in marriage; the Rev. James Wheeler, OFM, officiated. Music was provided by Angie Franks, K.C. Franks and Jenae Lung and vocalists were Karina Witt, Monica Scholz and Christopher Scholz. Readers were Warren Witt, Kyle Frericks and J.C. Sellers.
Maid of honor was Karina Witt of Camp Point. Bridesmaids were Kailyn Strieker of Brentwood, Mo., Julie Porter of Quincy, Andrea Sellers of Jefferson City, Mo., and Jennifer Frericks of Carlinville.
Best man was J.P. Richmiller. Groomsmen were John Lammers, Brett Niemann, Zach Maas and Chad Vogel, all of Quincy.
Ushers were Gregory Havermale of Kirksville, Mo., Blake Niemann and Matt Maas, both of Quincy, and Jordan Genenbacher of Broken Arrow, Okla.
Flower girls were Addie Flesch of Quincy and Alaina Sellers of Jefferson City. Ring bearer was Luke Simmons of Sugar Grove.
A rehearsal dinner was held in the Knights of Columbus Father McGivney Hall, hosted by the bridegroom's parents. A reception was also held in the Knights of Columbus Father McGivney Hall.
After honeymooning in Cozumel, Mexico, the newlyweds are at home in Quincy.
The bride is a graduate of John Wood Community College and Hannibal-LaGrange University with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in management. She is an accounts receivable specialist and dance team co-advisor at JWCC and a member of the Quincy Service League.
The bridegroom is a graduate of JWCC and Quincy University with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is a staff sergeant in the Army Reserves and has served two tours of duty in Kuwait and Iraq. He is a customer service sales representative for Applied Industrial Technologies in Quincy and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
A shower for the bride was held at Windsong Acres in Camp Point, hosted by Karina Witt, and a couples' shower was held at Bob Mays Park, hosted by Jennifer Frericks.
