Charges filed

Kip E. Robertson, 47, of 1512 S. Eighth, was charged with domestic battery stemming from a Dec. 14 incident.

Chad L. Thomas, 23, of Columbia, Mo., was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm stemming from a Dec. 16 incident.

Jennifer M. Shurtleff, 27, of Palmyra, Mo., was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of felony retail theft stemming from a Dec. 13 incident.

Joshua T. Coonrod, 26, of 3127 Center Drive, was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon stemming from a Dec. 26 incident.

Rollie J. Davis, 48, no address available, was charged with felony retail theft stemming from a Dec. 24 incident.

Chintel L. Murphy, 30, no address available, was charged with aggravated battery, three counts of possession of methamphetamine precursors and one count of domestic battery stemming from Dec. 12, Dec. 6, Nov. 19 and Nov. 1 incidents.

Debra S. Sherman, 50, of 626 Monroe, was charged with felony retail theft stemming from a Dec. 17 incident.

Bryonte N. Lewis, 26, of 624 S. 17th, was charged with retail theft conspiracy stemming from a Dec. 12 incident.

Arnulfo G. Martinez, 37, of 649 1/2 Monroe, was charged with unlawful restraint ad domestic battery stemming from a Dec. 14 incident.

Trisha M. Thomas, 28, of 2603 W. Valley View, was charged with theft over $500 stemming from an incident between Sept. 18-Oct. 3 incident.

Deonte L. Jones, 18, no address available, was charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a cannabis stemming from Feb. 1 and Feb. 2 incidents.

Shane F. McIlwain, 23, of 722 Country Club Heights, was charged with aggravated battery and unlawful restraint stemming from a Dec. 2 incident.

Billie F. Brown, 22, of Hannibal, Mo., was charged with felony retail theft stemming from an Oct. 29 incident.

Christopher J. Sherman, 22, of Hannibal, Mo., was charged with felony retail theft stemming from an Oct. 29 incident.

Preston L. Steinhour, 21, of 817 S. 19th, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault stemming from a Nov. 26 incident.

Troy E. Cleesen, 44, of 2521 Elm, was charged with aggravated participation in methamphetamine production and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine stemming from a Nov. 19 incident.

Russell C. Miller, 48, of 1316 N. 10th, was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine stemming from a Sept. 10 incident.

Michael Y. Wilson Sr., 42, no address available, was charged with failure to register as a violent offender against youth stemming from an Oct. 23 incident.

Kelvin A. Osborne Jr., 23, of 939 1/2 Hampshire was charged with possession with intent to deliver cannabis stemming from a Dec. 20 incident.

Rita R. Black, 25, of 905 N. 12th, was charged with aggravated unlawful participation in methamphetamine production stemming from a Dec. 19 incident.

Sheldon L. Broome, 33, of 812 Madison, was charged with aggravated unlawful participation in methamphetamine production stemming from a Dec. 19 incident.

Frank J. Mullet, 61, of 2030 Hampshire, was charged with aggravated unlawful participation in methamphetamine production stemming from a Dec. 19 incident.

Danielle D. Wolkitt, 38, of 2030 Hampshire, was charged with aggravated unlawful participation in methamphetamine production stemming from a Dec. 19 incident.

William J. Mullet, 21, of 2030 Hampshire, was charged with aggravated unlawful participation in methamphetamine production stemming from a Dec. 19 incident.

Paul D. Means, 28, of Clayton, was charged with domestic battery stemming from a Nov. 21 incident.

 

Dispositions

Deonte L. Jones, 19, no address available, was charged with aggravated battery stemming from a Sept. 24 incident. The charge was later dismissed.

 

Quincy Police

Thefts, burglaries

Red and white mountain bicycle was taken from 506 Hampshire on Dec. 28.

An Illinois registration plate K870097 was taken from the front of a 2007 Kia while it was parked at either the 1700 block of North 12th or in the 800 block of North Sixth between Dec. 25-26.

A Quincy man reported mail was taken from his post office box at the Eighth and Hampshire post office during the month of December.

Electrical wires were cut to a breaker box at a residence in the 900 block of North Fifth and two brass heating vents were taken between Dec. 16-26.

Medication was taken from a residence in the 300 block of Locust on Dec. 30.

 

Vandalism

A window at Quincy Junior High School was damaged by a BB between Dec. 27-28.

A 2006 Chevrolet was damaged by eggs while parked in the 2400 block of Chestnut between Oct. 26-29.

One tire was flattened and the 2008 Dodge was egged while it was parked in the 600 block of Oak on Dec. 27.

 

Recovered Property

The following items have been recovered by the Quincy Police Department. Recovered property may be viewed or picked up by contacting the Watch Commander's office in person.

Persons are encouraged to view any of these items listed here if they believe that they night be their property. If under the age of 16, an adult must accompany you to view or claim an item.

Bicycles recovered: Orange and silver Next, Nov. 6; 18-speed Roadmaster, Nov. 7; man's mountain bike and a woman's road bike, both Nov. 27; Tiger Paw bike, Nov. 29; boy's Roadmaster and a man's 18-speed, both Dec. 6; Huffy 15-speed, Dec. 7; boy's dirt bike, Dec. 11; woman's teal bike, Dec. 13.

Other items recovered 8GB iPod, Nov. 12; kitchen knife, Nov. 15; red sheath, Dec. 5; flip phone and a touch screen cell phone, both Dec. 7; maroon coat, touch phone and wallet, and gloves and hat, all Dec. 30.

Lou Ann Duryea, no age given, from John S. Duryea, no age given, no fault.

Lindsey Duffy, 25, from Joshua Duffy, 29, no fault. She had the name Holbrook restored.

Katherine A. Cashman, 27, from Cory M. Powell, 30, no fault.

Sara D. Jarvis 28, from Justin A. Jarvis, 28, no fault. Joint custody was awarded one minor child.

Amy L. Hudelson, 38, from Corey D. Hudelson, 36, no fault. She had the name Howser restored.

Lindsay J. Helmke, 26, from Lowell J. Helmke, 27, on grounds of mental cruelty. She was awarded custody of one minor child.

Sarah Self, 31, from Leonard Dwayne Price, 39, on grounds of mental cruelty.

Kimberly K. Kissee, 50, from Charles E. Kissee, 58, on grounds of mental cruelty.

Kathryn E. Hawk, 40, from Michael C. Hawk, 43, no fault. She was awarded custody of one minor child.
