A water main break has been reported on Manor Hill Drive in Quincy.

David M. Kent, director of utilities for the city, said residents will experience up to an eight-hour interruption in water service so repairs can be made in the area covered by Curtis Creek (Harrison to Manor Hill Drive), Rogers Court, Midland Drive (Curtis Creek Road to Manor Hill Drive), Random Court and Manor Hill Drive (Hillside Drive to Curtis Creek Road).

When service has been restored, a 48-hour boil order will be in effect.
