LAGRANGE, Mo. -- A Holts Summit truck driver was injured at 7:52 p.m. Tuesday when his rig jackknifed on U.S. 61, one mile south of Route C in Lewis County.

Sean T. Rodriguez, 24, was taken by Lewis County Ambulance to Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill., for treatment of minor injuries.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the truck was southbound when it traveled off the left side of the highway and jackknifed the trailer. The rig then traveled back across the highway and came to rest in a ditch.

Also assisting were the LaGrange Police Department, LaGrange Fire and Rescue, and the Lewis County Sheriff's Department.

Tony Baker recently watched a video of the 1991 Class A state championship game with his 11-year-old daughter. It had been several years since Baker, an all-stater as a senior at Pittsfield High School, had seen the game. "I sure was awful skinny, and those shorts were awful short," he said with a laugh. "But it was neat to watch. It's kind of a blur, but I can remember plays that were called in every game. It's so surreal."
