Clarksville driver injured on one-vehicle accident

CLARKSVILLE, Mo. -- A Clarksville driver sustained minor injuries in a one-car accident at 6:15 a.m. Tuesday on Route W, a half-mile north of Route WW south of Clarksville in Pike County.

Brittany J. Wright, 23, was taken by Pike County Ambulance to Pike County Memorial Hospital in Louisiana for treatment.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported Wright was driving a 2004 Buick SUV south when it went out of control, traveled off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
