The Adams County clerk's office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday so voters can register voters in vote in Feb. 26 consolidated primary election.
People registering to vote for the first time should bring a government-issued ID card. The clerk's office can be accessed through the Fifth Street entrance on the west side of the Adams County Courthouse.
The only contested race in the county for the primary election is between Jared Holbrook, Ken Hultz and Rich Nichols for the Republican nomination for Quincy alderman in the 3rd Ward. The winner will face Democrat Mike Martin in the April 9 general election.
Voters may cast early ballots in the primary from Feb. 11 through Feb. 23.
