Quincy man facing second meth charge

A 26-year-old Quincy man was arrested Friday night for a second time on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine.

Adams County sheriff's deputies went to 2220 N. 12th to apprehend a wanted a subject, and upon arrival arrested Jon M. Kelley for an outstanding warrant. Deputies conducted a consent search in a bedroom of the residence and found drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine, according to the Sheriff's Department.

Kelley is lodged in the Adams County Jail on the failure to appear warrant for possession of methamphetamine and is now facing a second possession charge.
