Miss Angie Jo Leckbee and Brian Richard Christ were united in marriage Dec. 1 in St. Peter Catholic Church.
The bride is a daughter of Billy and Nancy Leckbee of Quincy. The bridegroom is a son of Don and Sue Christ, also of Quincy.
The bride was given in marriage by her father during the 2 p.m. ceremony conducted by Monsignor Leo Enlow. Readers were Julie Wavering and Jennifer Tyler. Gift bearers were Grant Hildebrand, uncle/godfather of the bride; Pat Hildebrand, aunt/godmother of the bride; Greg Frese, uncle/godfather of the bridegroom; and Sherry Bruder, aunt/godmother of the bridegroom.
Matron of honor was Stacy Grotz of Quincy, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Carrie Leckbee of Quincy, sister of the bride; Katy Crouch and Jennifer Tyler, both of Quincy; and McKenzie Taets of Moline.
Best man was Tim Hill of Quincy. Groomsmen were Jay Wavering of Chatham, Curt Wavering and Brad Hummel, both of Quincy, and John Gerding of Riverton.
Ushers were Mark Potter of O'Fallon, Mo., and Skip Alderson of Creve Coeur, Mo.
Flower girls were Taylor Grotz, niece of the bride, and Sydney Tyler, niece of the bridegroom. Ring bearer was Dylan Tyler, nephew of the bridegroom.
The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner Nov. 30 in Tiramisu. A reception was held from 6 to 11 p.m. at the Ambiance.
The newlyweds are at home in Quincy and plan a tropical honeymoon at a later date.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Quincy High School, a 2001 graduate of John Wood Community College with an associate of science degree in business marketing, and a 2004 graduate of Western Illinois University with a bachelor of business degree in marketing and finance. She is a financial analyst at Harris Broadcast Corp.
The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Quincy High School and a 2002 graduate of JWCC with an associate of science degree in business marketing. He is a product support specialist at the Knapheide Manufacturing Co.
