Jamie McGlasson and Jason Parrish of Palmyra, Mo., have announced their engagement.

The bride-elect is a daughter of Merle McGlasson of Pittsfield and the late Brenda Losson. She graduated from John Wood Community College as a registered nurse and is the assistant director of nursing at Maple Lawn Nursing Home in Palmyra.

The prospective bridegroom is a son of Debby and John Parrish of Palmyra, Mo. He is employed by Williams Refractory's Services in Lee's Summit, Mo.

A June 29 wedding is planned at the Town and Country Inn in Quincy.
