A 31-year-old Camp Point man was taken by Adams County Ambulance to Blessing Hospital with moderate injuries after he crashed his truck Monday afternoon.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department reported that a 2012 Dodge 5500 driven by Anthony P. Jarboe was heading north on the Paloma Blacktop just south of North 1600th Ave. at 12:57 p.m. when he swerved to avoid deer crossing the road. The truck went off the road, and when Jarboe over corrected, he lost control of the truck, causing it to overturn.

Also assisting was the Central Adams Fire District.
