Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Potts are at home at 1705 Jackson after a Caribbean cruise to St. Kitts, St. Thomas, St. Lucia, Barbados and St. Martin.

Mr. Potts and the former Stephanie Mewes exchanged wedding vows June 16 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Lewis in Ursa.

The bride, of 1705 Jackson, is a daughter of Richard Mewes Jr. of Ursa and Mrs. Tammy Mewes of Quincy. The bridegroom, of Sixth and Maine, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Potts of Quincy and the late Daisy Potts.

Mr. Mewes gave his daughter in marriage during the 4 p.m. ceremony conducted by the Rev. Tim Dougherty. Vocalists were Mrs. Bridget Miller of Mahomet, Michael Kotlarczyk of St. Louis and Mrs. Amber Martin of Quincy. Readers were Nicole Lewis and Lauren Lewis of Ursa.

Matron of honor was Jennifer Sweatt of Decatur. Bridesmatrons were Mrs. Jessica McCabe, Mrs. Ashley Maas and Mrs. Kristen Mewes, sister-in-law of the bride, all of Quincy.

Best man was Andy Stukins of Decatur. Groomsmen were Aaron Abercrombie of Charleston, S.C., Sean Luthy of Decatur and the bridegroom's father.

Ushers were R.T. Mewes and Justin Mewes, both of Quincy and brothers of the bride.

Flower girl was Charli Martin of Quincy.

The Lewis family hosted a rehearsal dinner June 15 at their home. A reception began at 7 p.m. in the Quincy Senior and Family Resource Center.

The bride graduated from Unity High School in Mendon and graduated with honors from Western Illinois University in Macomb with a bachelor of science degree in graphic communications and a minor in fine art. She attends Hannibal-LaGrange University, majoring in Bible, and is employed by C.L. Downey Co. in Hannibal, Mo., as a graphic designer, as well as at Dame Hurdle and Co.

The bridegroom graduated from Eisenhower High School in Decatur and served in the Air Force in Biloxi, Miss. He attended Illinois State University in Bloomington, and is employed in maintenance/utility at Fitzpatrick Brothers in Quincy.
