Fund drives under way in two Hancock County townships

BOWEN, Ill. -- Letters have been sent to residents of Chili and St. Albans townships for the annual March fund drives.The drives take the place of door-to-door solicitations.

Donations may be designated for any group or organization. Last year there were 13 recipients.

The deadline is Saturday, March, 1 to make a donation in the enclosed envelope or at the Bank of Advance in the Bowen Banking Center. One hundred percent of a donation goes to the designated organization or cause.
