A rollover accident at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday on South 12th Street injured a Quincy driver.

Willam T. Allen, 44, was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

A 2008 Pontiac was northbound on South 12th, four-tenths of a mile north of Ill. 57, when it went out of control on ice-covered pavement and ran off the right side of the street. The car then struck a concrete culvert and overturned, according to the Illinois State Police.

Assisting were the Adams County Sheriff's Department, Adams County Ambulance and the Tri-Township Fire Department.
