Charges filed

Adam McKenzie, 48, of 923 N. Sixth, was charged with unlawful possession of controlled substance stemming from a May 16 incident.

Daniel G. Johnston-Brown, 36, no address available, was charged with unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and unlawful possession of methamphetamine stemming from a Jan. 15 incident.

Kenneth Newland, 35, of 604 N. Fourth, was charged with aggravated unlawful participation methamphetamine production, unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing and unlawful possession of methamphetamine stemming from a Jan. 15 incident.

Adam J. Butler, 22, of 411 Cedar, was charged with unlawful possession of weapon by a felon stemming from a Jan. 17 incident.

William E. Liszeo, 48, no address available, was charged with theft over $10,000, unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle and two counts of burglary stemming from a Jan. 15 incident.

Cory M. Gillum, 34, no address available, was charged with two counts of aggravated domestic battery and one count of domestic battery stemming from a Jan. 13 incident.

Vicki D. Bowen, 56, of 1020 Maine, was charged with two counts of retail theft stemming from a Dec. 28 and Jan. 10 incident.

Carlisa J. Fears, 24, of 518 Oak, was charged with aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery stemming from a Jan. 20 incident.

Ashley N. Stratman, 24, of 318 Milliner's Alley, was charged with possession of methamphetamine stemming from a Jan. 30 incident.

Cambron J. Adams, 17, of 205 S. 24th, was charged with unlawful delivery of a look-a-like substance stemming from a Feb. 1 incident.

Caleb J. Dickerson, 22, of 1120 Lind, was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a weapon by a felon and possession of a controlled substance stemming from a Feb. 3 incident.

April N. Maulding, 27, of Camp Point, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of a concentration of more than .08 stemming from a Dec. 14 incident.

Michael C. Dietrich, 49, of Taylor, Mo., was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a Feb. 6 incident.

Richard J. Walker Jr., 23, of 2830 Hampshire, was charged with two counts of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender stemming from a Feb. 6 incident.

Randall L. Mitchell, 23, no address available, was charged with possession of a firearm ammunition by a felon stemming from a Feb. 6 incident.

Thefts, burglaries

Scrap metal was taken from a property in the 900 block of State between Feb. 8-10.

A gold and diamond anniversary ring was taken from an apartment at 1701 N. 12th in the past month.

License plate, 89DCJC, was taken off a vehicle while it was parked at Barney's, 1708 Broadway, on Feb. 8.

Samsung Galaxy Player was either stolen or lost at El Rancherito. Police gave no date for the incident.

A Quincy University student reported her 7th generation Apple iPod Nano was taken from QU Hawk Hangout on Feb. 13.

Two-foot tall stuffed bear was taken from the front porch of a residence in the 400 block of North 29th between Feb. 11-12.

Two fog lights with smiley faces were taken from Oberling Used Cars, 2731 N. 13th, between Feb. 10-12.

A vacant residence in the 1400 block of North Fifth was entered several times since December, reported its Loraine owner.

Homemade Super Bowl trophy was taken from the yard of a residence in the 1200 block of South 12th on Feb. 3.

An unknown person attempted to steal a Mid-State Door and Hardware employee's vehicle from a locked parking lot by ramming the gate at 201 Broadway between Feb. 1-2.

 

Vandalism

West side of a house in the 800 block of Spruce was spray painted black between Feb. 3-4.

Tire was punctured on a 2004 Pontiac while it was parked in the 1000 block of Jefferson between Feb. 3-4.

A vehicle was spray painted while it was parked in the 90 block of North Fourth between Feb. 3-4.

Drivers side mirror was broken on a city owned vehicle while it was parked in the 500 block of North 28th between Feb. 8-10.

Door window at McDonald's, 1301 Broadway, was punched at 2:47 p.m. Feb. 7 by a white male 6 foot, 2 inches, 250 pounds. The glass cracked.

Rock was thrown through an apartment's living room window in the 200 block of North Tenth between Feb. 10-11.

Windows were broken out of a vehicle parked in the 100 block of North Seventh between Feb. 17-18.
