Brian and Marilyn Eidson of Clayton have announced the engagement of their son, Caleb Eidson, to Erica Robuck, daughter of Rob and Gena Robuck of Cairo, Mo.

The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Northeast R-4 School in Cairo and a 2011 graduate of Central Methodist University in Fayette, Mo., with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education. She is a first-grade teacher at Northeast R-4 School in Cairo.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2007 graduate of Camp Point Central High School and a 2012 graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb with a bachelor of arts degree in law enforcement. He is a police officer for the Mount Sterling Police Department, a staff sergeant in the Army Reserves and is employed by Mixer Construction Inc.

The couple will be married May 25 in Timberlake Christian Church in Moberly, Mo.
