    A man out looking for his dog Wednesday night reported finding human remains in the area north of Slumberland in the Oak Street Mall, 5009 Oak. Lt. Dina Dreyer said the remains have been identified as a male, but no name will be released until a positive identification is made.

    A large granite tombstone recently was found vandalized in Calvary Cemetery at 1730 N. 18th at the gravesite of a Quincy man who lost his battle to cancer. The customized stone was a memorial to Blake Genenbacher, 21, who died Aug. 26, 2013. His family is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people who committed the damage. The Quincy Police Department and Blake's parents, Tim and Chris Genenbacher, are asking for assistance from anyon...
