A Quincy woman and a teenager were arrested Sunday night on drug charges after police received a telephone tip.
Quincy police reported Lindsey R. Barton, 20, of 627 S. 15th, was taken into custody on suspicion of manufacture/delivery of cannabis, a felony. A 17-year-old male passenger was issued ordinance violations of possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Police reported officers were alerted of possible suspicious activity in the 1700 block of Harrison at 6:57 p.m. Sunday. When officers arrived, they said they found two vehicles parked on a gas station lot at 1705 Harrison. Police approached one vehicle with two occupants, and officers said they could smell what they believed was the odor of cannabis coming from the car.
Police said its canine, Kilo, was dispatched. Officers said a subsequent search led to the discovery of more than 10 grams of cannabis, along with other items commonly used in the sale of cannabis. The second vehicle was that of the 17-year-old, police said.
