Two Missouri residents were arrested Wednesday in Quincy on drug-related charges.

The West Central Illinois Task Force apprehended Camilla G. Engels, 40, of Hannibal, and Mark Harvey, 45, of Shelbyville, near the 1100 block of North Fourth.

Engels and Harvey were arrested without incident and charged with methamphetamine trafficking, unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and unlawful possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

Seized during a search were several packages of methamphetamine ice and numerous components used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Engels and Harvey are both lodged in the Adams County Jail.

Assisting in the investigation were the Quincy Police Department Street Crimes Unit, the Adams County Sheriff's Department and the Lewis County (Mo.) Sheriff's Department. A Task Force spokesman said the investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are anticipated.
