HANNIBAL, Mo. -- Two Hannibal businesses failed a Hannibal Police Department alcohol compliance check on Tuesday night. TJ's Supper Club, 211 Munger, and Rustic Oak, 203 Huck Finn Drive, failed the check by serving alcohol to a minor.

Members of the Hannibal Police Department conducted checks of nine convenience stores, drinking establishments and restaurants in a continued effort to reduce the availability of alcoholic beverages to minors.

Businesses that passed the compliance check were Gibney Simms Flowers, 4001 Market; Cave Hollow West Winery, 300 Cave Hollow; Chocolaterie Stam, 103 Main; Abel's, 100 Shinn Lane; Abel's, 1201 Broadway; Cassano's, 2860 James Road; and the Sauced Hog, 4007 Market.
