Quincy man jailed after meth found during search of home

A Quincy man was lodged in the Adams County Jail after authorities executed a search warrant at 517 Holford Drive Monday morning.

Robert S. Myers, 43, has been charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

The West Central Illinois Task Force reported that methamphetamine and other items consistent with its use were found during the search. A child living at the home was placed with a family member.

Assisting was the Illinois State Police Meth Response Team and the Adams County Sheriff's Office.
