QU to host scholarship luncheon Wednesday

Quincy University will host its 25th annual scholarship luncheon at noon Wednesday in the Hall of Fame room in the QU Health and Fitness Center, 20th and Oak.

The luncheon will honor donors and recipients of more than 180 endowed and annual scholarships offered by QU.

The event will include remarks by Jeff Spear, representing the scholarship benefactors; Jacquelyn Diaz, a junior special education major from Round Lake, representing the scholarship recipients; Robert Gervasi, university president; and Julie Bell, vice president for university advancement.
