    A Quincy attorney and former School Board member was indicted on a charge of first degree murder by an Adams County grand jury Wednesday. Curtis T. Lovelace, 45, of 2025 Maine was taken into custody at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday on Vermont between Sixth and Seventh streets. He is being held on $5 million bond.  READ MORE^

    Quincy University on Wednesday unveiled its new Student Success Center in the lower level of Brenner Library. The center, which opened last week, was formed by consolidating and expanding the university's Learning Resource Center, Career Services Center and its services for students with disabilities.
