Regina Atkins of Hannibal, Mo., joined the Classified Department as a full-time Classified Sales Specialist in July 2013 after working as a temporary employee since February that year. In July 2014, she took a position as Retail Account Executive and then rejoined the Classified staff as a commercial account executive in March 2015.

Her primary duties include providing excellent customer service to all internal and external Herald-Whig customers, while using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs within the Classified Department.

She is a graduate of Hannibal High School and attended John Wood Community College, where she studied graphic design. She has worked as a cashier at area businesses and as a tax professional at H&R Block.
