Cole Phillips scored all nine of his points in the second half to help Central to a 43-36 victory over the host Suns. Taylor Heimann led Central (3-0) with 15 points.
Shea Flesner scored a game-high 27 points to lead Southeastern. Flesner scored 15 points in the first half and hit two 3-pointers in the second half.
In the other game, Alex Blickhan scored six of his game-high 19 points in the fourth quarter as the Unity boys basketball team held on for a 56-53 victory over West Hancock at the Suns Classic in Augusta, Ill.
The Mustangs carried a 31-11 lead into the half, but a third-quarter outburst by the Titans closed the gap to 39-33 heading into the fourth.
Devin Rings scored 16 of his 17 points after the break, and Trevor Knipe scored all 14 of his in the second half for West Hancock (1-2). Dylan Shaffer chipped in 19 for Unity (1-2).
Central-Southeastern 53, West Central 25: The Lady Panthers allowed only five points in the second half after taking a 31-20 lead into halftime. Kolby McClelland poured in nine of her game-high 12 points in after the break. Kara Twaddell joined McCelland in double figures with 10 for the Lady Panthers.
Macomb 68, West Hancock 66: The Titans never led, but nearly overcame an 11-point first-quarter deficit in Macomb, Ill. West Hancock trailed 51-48, but couldn't find enough baskets to steal the lead away. Macomb iced the lead with free throws down the stretch. Alexis Dooley led the Titans with 14 points, while Keaghan Shacklett (12) and Haleigh Hammel also finished in double figures.
Galesburg Tournament: Illini West split a pair of games to finish 4-1 in tournament play. The Chargers opened the day with a 47-36 loss to Peoria Christian before rebounding with a 47-36 win over Rock Island Alleman.
Against the Pioneers, Illini West (4-1) pulled away in the fourth quarter.
Leading 33-30 after three, the Chargers outscored Alleman 14-6 to seal the win.
Shelbi White scored a team-high 13 points, while Josie Finch added nine. Finch led Illini West in scoring against Peoria Christian, scoring 10 points.
Canton 55, Jacksonville Routt 32: Two scoring spurts in the first half gave the Lady Tigers a comfortable lead in the Gully Transportation Tip-Off Shootout at The Pit.
A 13-0 run was capped off with Emma McKinstry turned a steal into a layup and a 14-4 lead with 4:30 left in the first quarter.
Canton followed that up with an 9-0 run in the second quarter, taking a 31-16 lead when Allison Phillips sank two free throws with 3:48 left in the first half.
McKinstry and Brittney Berhorst led Canton (2-0) with 11 points apiece, while Phillips added 10. Berhorst finished with 12 rebounds for the Lady Tigers.
