This slideshow is a compilation of photos taken by fans of the Unity High School boys basketball team, which advanced to the Class 1A state tournament for the first time in school history.

The Mustangs (21-11) will play Mooseheart at 2 p.m. Friday in the state semifinals in Carver Arena in Peoria. The winner of that game will play advance to the state title game on Saturday.

Rauner had appearances in Mount Carmel, Decatur, Bloomington and Champaign scheduled for later in the day.
