CLARKSVILLE, Mo. -- A 32-year-old Clarksville, Mo. man was arrested last week after law enforcement officials said he failed to register as a sex offender.

The Pike County Sheriff's Department reported that during a joint investigation with the U.S. Marshals Service in late 2013, Jesse Baldwin allegedly did not notify the Sheriff's Department of his employment or register a vehicle he operated.

Baldwin was charged with two counts of failure to register as a sexual offender, a Class C felony. He is currently being held in the Pike County Jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
