Cruise honeymoons: Two if by sea

Show up, check in, have a blast: Those are pretty much the only requirements for a post-wedding cruise — and more than 15 percent of newlywed couples agree it’s the only way to honeymoon.

Hit the waves in these brilliant boats with some seriously decked-out decks.

Fully Loaded

Not only was Princess Cruises the star of The Love Boat, but also its fleet of 17 ginormous ships (the Caribbean Princess holds more than 3,000 cruisers!) is fully outfitted with delights like a chef’s-table experience (in which the ship’s executive chef guides diners through a multicourse tasting menu) and movie nights on the top deck under the stars.

Club Med

Italian cruise experts recently launched the 18-deck MSC Divina from Miami, and this ship positively sparkles — appropriate since the decor is inspired by diva actress Sophia Loren.

From the show-stopping Swarovski-crystal staircases in the lobby to the “aqua cycling” classes — think spinning in an Olympic-size pool — and the serene spa, luxury is de rigueur on this floating villa

Little Luxe

Breaching humpback whales and colossal glaciers are on tap when you sail to Alaska’s Inside Passage with Un-Cruise Adventures, carrying only 20 to 80 of your soon-to-be closest friends.

A smaller boat means plenty of alone time and flexible itineraries combining active and indulgent activities like double-kayaking through remote waterways and complimentary massages.
