Rutledge, Mo., driver injured in rollover

RUTLEDGE, Mo. -- A Rutledge driver was injured in a rollover accident at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday on Route M.

Ashly H. Murphy, 31, was taken by Air Evac to the University Medical Center in Columbia for treatment.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta was southbound on Route M, three miles north of Rutledge, when it traveled off the left side of the road and overturned. Murphy was wearing a seat belt, police said.

Also assisting were the Scotland County Sheriff's Department, Rutledge Fire Department, Scotland County Fire Department, Scotland County First Responders and Scotland County Ambulance.
