Texas Roadhouse to hold Special Olympics fundraiser on Friday

The Quincy Police Department will hold a fundraiser for Special Olympics Illinois Friday, July 25, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Texas Roadhouse. A free lunch of a pulled pork sandwich, corn and fresh bread will be served with a non-alcoholic beverage.

Officers will work alongside Texas Roadhouse staff to raise money and awareness for Special Olympics Illinois. Customers are encouraged to leave a donation with 100 percent of the proceeds to benefit Special Olympics Illinois. Carryouts and drive-thru service will be available.
