Three arrested by NEMO task force

MADISON, Mo. -- Three people were arrested Thursday after officers with the Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant in Madison.

Darrin L. Hendren, 43, of Madison; Jeffrey C. Willingham, 30, of Paris; and Casey M. Bailey, 32, of Higbee were arrested after officers searched Hendren's residence at 205 West Broadway. According to a task force news release, officers found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside the residence.

Hendren was charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. His cash-only bond was set at $50,000. Willingham was charged with possession of a controlled substance and three counts of sale of a controlled substance. His cash-only bond was set at $100,000. Bailey was charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. Her cash-only bond was set at $50,000. They are being held in the Monroe County Jail.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted with the arrests.
