Mother and daughter injured when car runs off road in Clarence

CLARENCE, Mo. -- A mother and daughter from Clarence were injured in a one-car accident Tuesday on Mo. 151 in Clarence.

Ronda K. Weber, 38, and her daughter, Sydney M. Weber, 16, were taken by Macon County Ambulance to Samaritan Hospital in Macon for treatment of minor and moderate injuries, respectively.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Ronda Weber was driving a 2001 Cadillac Seville south on Mo. 151 when it failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the left side of the highway and struck a tree. She was wearing a seat belt, but Sydney Weber was not, police said. The crash happened at 4:45 p.m.
