Celebrating 25 years of marriage (Oct. 6, 1984)

Mr. and Mrs. Kent Hufendick of Ursa marked their 25th wedding anniversary with a trip to the Ozarks in September.

Mr. Hufendick and the former Denise Talken were married Oct. 6, 1984, in St. Peter Church.

Mrs. Hufendick is a daughter of Larry and Mary Talken of Quincy. Mr. Hufendick is a son of Marjorie Hufendick of Quincy and the late Loren Hufendick.

They are the parents of Sara Knuffman and her husband, D.J., of Liberty and Rachel Hufendick of Edwardsville.

Mr. Hufendick is a contractor and Mrs. Hufendick is a teacher.

They are members of St. Francis Catholic Church.
