Robyn Marie Ebbing and Mark Anthony Iseminger, both of 720 Ashley Ave., have announced their engagement.

The bride-elect is a daughter of Rob and Vicki Ebbing and Cindy and Loy Archer, all of Quincy. She is a 1997 graduate of Quincy Notre Dame High School, a 2000 graduate of John Wood Community College and a 2003 graduate of Western Illinois University. Miss Ebbing is a special education teacher for the Palmyra R-1 School District.

The prospective bridegroom is a son of Ben and the late Shirley Gregory and Richard Iseminger, all of Quincy. He is a 1988 graduate of Quincy High School and is employed by the state of Illinois.

A Dec. 19 wedding is planned in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
