The engagement of Eva Dawn Kindhart and David Alan Tuley, both of 2237 Sycamore, has been announced by their parents and her daughter, Dakota.

The bride-elect is a daughter of Raymond and Mary Walburn of Palmyra, Mo., and Bettylou and Rock Pulliam of Quincy. She is a 1998 graduate of Quincy High School and a 2003 graduate of the Blessing Hospital phlebotomy program. She is employed by Addus Healthcare.

The prospective bridegroom is a son of Nancy and Jeff Kistner of St. Patrick, Mo., and Mark and Lori Tuley of Quincy. He is a 1997 graduate of Quincy High School and is a construction worker.

A Dec. 3 wedding is planned in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
