Flaiz - Miller

Steve and Patty Flaiz of 2332 S. Eighth have announced the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Flaiz, to Nicholas Miller, son of Ray and Debra Miller of Keokuk, Iowa.

Miss Flaiz, of 817 S. 17th, is a 1997 graduate of Quincy High School and is a customer service representative at Payrolls Inc.

Mr. Miller graduated from Harmony High School in Iowa and is a warehouse manager at Quality Plus Feed.

The couple will be married Nov. 7 in America's Best Value Inn.
