Meghann Nicole Wiley and Jeffrey Paul Hagerbaumer, both of 9008 Rock Quarry Road, have announced their engagement.

The bride-elect is a daughter of Mark Daugherty and Robin Daugherty of Camp Point and Kevin Wiley of Fowler. She is a 2002 graduate of Central High School and a 2008 graduate of the Quincy Beauty Academy. Miss Wiley is a stylist at the Urban Edge Salon.

The prospective bridegroom is a son of Steven Hagerbaumer and Debbie Bryant, both of Quincy. He is a 2003 graduate of Liberty High School and a 2005 graduate of John Wood Community College. Mr. Hagerbaumer is an electrician at Richards Electric.

The couple will be married Oct. 24 in St. Francis Catholic Church.
