Audra Paige Latimer and Timothy Lawrence Bross were married June 20 in First Baptist Church in Palmyra, Mo.
Parents of the couple are Bobby and Rhonda Dodd, Fred and Harriet Latimer, and Jim and Gayle Bross, all of Palmyra.
The Rev. Brian Stone performed the 5 p.m. ceremony. Music was provided by the Sonata String Quartet, led by Kris Lowe, and Wendy Bross of Independence, Mo., sister of the bridegroom, soloist.
Attending the bride were her sisters, Erika Higgins of Palmyra and Whitney Latimer of Wichita, Kan., and her nieces, Haley Higgins and Paige Higgins of Palmyra.
Attending the bridegroom were Chad Comstock of Palmyra and his brothers, David Bross of Kansas City, Mo., and Scott Bross of Palmyra.
Ushers were Jack Higgins of Palmyra, brother-in-law of the bride; Brad Niblock of Independence, brother-in-law of the bridegroom; and Bobby Dodd, stepfather of the bride.
Flower girls were Sophia Niblock and Elisabeth Niblock of Independence, nieces of the bridegroom.
A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the parents of the bridegroom, was held in Fiddlestiks in Hannibal, Mo. Following the ceremony, a dinner reception and dance was held in Tony's Old Place in Quincy.
The bridal couple honeymooned at Ti Kaye Village on the island of St. Lucia and are at home in Kansas City.
Graduates of the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, the bridegroom is a mechanical drafter for Burns and McDonnell and the bride teaches kindergarten at Dobbs Elementary, Hickman Mills School District, in Kansas City and is pursuing a master's degree in elementary school counseling.
Pre-nuptial showers honoring the couple were given by Whitney Latimer, Erika, Haley and Paige Higgins; Janice Shaw and Shirley Comstock; Dobbs Elementary staff; and by a group from Lenexa Baptist Church.
