Angel Spann and Bryan Boden were married at 3 p.m. Aug. 22 at a gazebo by the Mississippi River in Quincy.

The bride is a daughter of Darlene Spann of Quincy and the late Richard Spann. The bridegroom is a son of Jody Daffern and Larry Boden of Quincy.

The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Jason Mathes, and her mother during the ceremony conducted by the Rev. Dan Edwards. A Bible reading was given by Regina Schneider, cousin of the bridegroom.

Maid of honor was Patty Anderson of Mendon, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Justice Taylor, daughter of the bride, and Sarah Ginster and Ashley Watts.

Best man was Trevor Anderson of Mendon, brother-in-law of the bride. Groomsmen were Ricky Daffern, brother of the bridegroom, and Chet Bowen and John Garrett, cousins of the bridegroom.

Ushers were Dawn and Josh Hankins and Matt Stump.

Flower girl was Tamera Anderson, niece of the bride, and ring bearer was Grady Ginster. The bridal couple's daughter, Jazmen Boden, was carried by Leeza Platt, sister of the bridegroom.

A reception was held at 7 p.m. in America's Best Value Inn.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Barry High School and attended John Wood Community College.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Southeastern High School and attended JWCC.
