Fiesta vegetable salad

1 (16-ounce) package frozen green beans

1 (16-ounce) package frozen peas

1 (16-ounce) package frozen corn

1 medium pepper, chopped

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup oil

1/2 cup vinegar

1 tablespoon water

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Thaw vegetables in a mixing bowl. Heat the sugar, vinegar, oil, water, salt and pepper until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
