Upcoming meetings on Mark Twain Lake flooding

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is hosting two public meetings to update the Mark Twain Lake Water Control Manual:

* 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the Senior Citizens Community Center, 112 East Marion, Paris.

* 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 22 at the New London Lions Club, 600 West St., New London.
