Bowen man facing felony charges after police find firearms, drugs in home

BOWEN, Ill. — A Bowen man is expected to be in Hancock County Circuit Court today to face several felony charges after being arrested at 10:45 a.m. Monday when police searched his home.

Numerous firearms, ammunition, drug paraphernalia and less than 10 grams of cannabis were found, police said.

Arrested without incident was Mark Cameron, 32, on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by felon, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of cannabis.

Assisting the Hancock County Sheriff's Department were the West Central Task Force and the Illinois State Police.
