Job Fair Information

A job fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday at John Wood Community College in the lower level of the Heath Center.

It is free and open to the public.

Employers include: AFLAC, Blessing Hospital, Chaddock, County Market, DOT Foods, Homeway Homes, Huck Group, Inc., Illinois Employment Training Center, Industrial Workforce, Influent, Illinois Department of Human Services, The Knapheide Manufacturing Company, Manchester Tank, Manpower, Mark Twain Casino, McDonough District Hospital, Members First Community Credit Union, Quincy Compressor, Quincy Workforce Service Center, Rail Crew X-Press, Sam's Club, Snelling Personnel, Timber Point Healthcare Center, Vatterott College, Volunteer Opportunities, Winters Insurance, Wither's Broadcasting and the Workforce Investment Act Office.

Another booth will offer information on volunteer opportunities in the area.

The event is sponsored by Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce, The Quincy Herald-Whig, Quincy Workforce Service Center and John Wood Community College.
