VANDALIA, Mo. -- Two Vandalia teens were injured at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday in a two-vehicle accident on Mo. 154 at the intersection with Route F.

Mason R. Farrell, 17, and his passenger, Carli R. Farrell, 15, were taken by Van Far EMS to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a 1998 Dodge driven south on Route F by Keith E. Falls, 45, of Columbia, apparently ran through the stop sign and collided with an eastbound 2005 Dodge (on Mo. 154) driven by Mason Farrell.

Both vehicles came to rest in a harvested bean field on the south side of the highway. All three people were wearing seat belts.

Assisting were the Vandalia Fire Department and the Ralls County Sheriff's Department.
