Four people were injured at 3:41 p.m. Sunday when a pickup overturned east of Quincy.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department reported that a 2001 Ford F-150 supercab pickup truck driven by Donald R. Kramer, 45, of Quincy, was traveling north on Rock Quarry Road, a tenth of a mile south of Ill. 104, when a deer ran onto the road. Kramer swerved, and the pickup struck a concrete barrier on the west side of the road and overturned, coming to rest on its top.

Injured and taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment were passengers Ashley M. Kramer, 22, a 3-year-old and a 14-year-old. The driver declined treatment. All were wearing seat belts.

Assisting were two ambulances and the Tri-Township Fire Department.
